Rates

All above rates are quoted in Euro, per room, per night and include breakfast and all local taxes.
Hotel activity from 01/04/2012 to 31/10/2012.
For your reservations you are required to prepay 30% of the total cost of the stay by credit card charge or by a bank deposit .
For repeated customers a discount of 10% in their next visit.
Extra bed 20 euros per night.
Cancellation Policy:
No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 30 days before confirmed arrival date.
Cancellation 14-30 days prior arrival date, results in a charge of 30% of the cost of the stay.
Cancellation 7-14 days prior arrival date, results in a charge of 50% of the cost of the stay.
Cancellation 1-6 days prior arrival date, results in a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay.
No show or departure prior to the scheduled date results in a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay.
